Banks also benefit from the positive sentiment on the market: Abbey National salt, 1 .77% and .83 HSBC rose 1%. Good money even in the distribution sector, with Dixons rising by 1 .91%, GUS surplus of 3.79% and Marks & Spencer earns 3.29%. In the telecoms sector, finally, rising Vodafone (+0.34%) and British Telecom (+0.73%), while reduction Telewest Communications (-1.78%), Cable & Wireless (-1.55%) and Colt Telecom (-0.56%).
