Finance needed

The Dutch group Philips has concluded a collaboration agreement with the American company Dell Computer in developing products related to electronic components for the PC. The agreement states that Philips purchases preferentially Dell products related to servers and PCs, but the U.S. company will buy Philips screens and various electronic equipment. The agreement is valued at 5 billion dollars over the next 5 years.
