The British company Psion mobile networking has been loss in 2001, with a market for its core business remains flat, but expects a gradual improvement in demand during the year. The company produced a loss before extraordinary items and goodwill in 2001 of 17.4 million pounds, compared with profit of 2.7 million pounds the year before. Sales fell to 181.1 million from 219.7 million, but are in line with analysts’ expectations. Now the title marks a rise of 0.8% to 91.75 pence.
