Tecnodiffusione Italy has announced it has signed a commercial agreement with ICS, a subsidiary of Mekfin (holding company Finmek) and licensee of the brand Olivetti. Under this agreement, Tecnodiffusione acquires the ability to produce and distribute – without territorial limits – computers and similar products with Olivetti brand until May 2019, committing itself to recognize a royalty to ICS on the units that will be distributed by the Group Tecnodiffusione. The title of the new market ended the session was suspended upward with a final price to 26.61 euros (+12.52%).
