The German telecommunications giant Deutsche Telekom had approved the acquisition of U.S. company VoiceStream, opearante in the field of mobile telephony. The transaction has a total of 5.5 billion dollars and will be paid partly in cash and partly in shares. VoiceStream shareholders will receive for each share owned, $ 30 in cash and 3.2 shares Deutsche Telekom.
