The group Stefanel, Basic Net realized and Bizmatica Fashionado, an Internet Hub System to map business processes online industrial clothing. Open to other operators and partners, Fashionado born to become a pole of reference of the apparel sector, thus significantly reducing the costs associated with the buying process and increasing efficiency. The role of the new initiative Bizmatica the Internet Holding funded from investment company Kiwi II, was to act directly as an advisor in the adoption of the business model to accelerate the launch of start-up through the range of technological resources and expertise brought available and, especially, to co-invest alongside in Kiwi II. Indeed Bizmatica’s mission is to accelerate the development of new companies in business to business through funding, advice, services, technology platforms and solutions suitable to both start-ups that the processes of consolidation of NewCo set to become autonomous in less 6 months. Fashionado intends to list in the near future.
